A round up of 2018 and what's to come

2018 was another exciting year for Cygnet Yarns, we launched new ranges and new colours, keeping our collections fresh and setting new trends. We worked with new and our favourite designers bringing you some fantastic patterns.

Cygnet Yarnstars was a huge success on our Facebook Group page whereby we handpicked knitters and crocheters take part in a monthly competitions in a one ball challenge. We saw everything from brussel sprout bunting to baby bootees to beautiful boleros. This year we are asking you to post your projects using any Cygnet yarn with #januaryyarnstars etc, pop on over to the group to find out more. There is yarn to be won!

2018 saw the launch of new ranges in DK, Baby, Super Chunky and Chunky counts.

Fairydust DK - a 6 shade baby sparkle yarn with a subtle shimmer perfect for babies and toddlers.

Watercolour DK - a fabulously soft, gently variegated yarn, inspired by watercolour landscapes available in 8 shade.

Prism DK - a variegated yarn with a gentle gradient, available in a beautiful spectrum of colours. With 5 shades to choose from in the squishable donut ball this yarn is perfect for accessorises and garments.

Boho Spirit continues to grow from strength to strength with the knitters and crocheters. We launched new colours Zest, Flame & Breeze.

Stitches 2018 was a busy one for us and enjoyed by all, it was lovely to meet old and newbies to Cygnet. With our fairytale theme our stand included a crocheted gingerbread house, a tower with Rapunzel and a the three billy goats gruff. We look forward to seeing you all again this year exhibiting at the NEC with a sleek modernistic look.

2019..... already we have started of the year with a BANG in the form of newly revamped PATO DK, our popular budget yarn Pato Everyday DK now has an accompanying 100g Baby Pato DK.

We have also introduced an AMAZING product in the form of Seriously Chunky Glow an innovative yarn incorporating a reflective strand which reflects light, making this a must for children, cyclists and pets during the darker months.
