There is something so lovely when the sun comes out and for a prolonged period of time. Here at Cygnet we have been busy with launching new ranges and new patterns for Spring/Summer.

Snoozy Woosies is an incredibly soft baby blanket yarn available in a cuddly 200g cake. Perfect for cosy blankets, sweet cushion covers, and comfy sleep bags. This chunky yarn creates a beautiful piece in no time. So snuggle up, settle down and enjoy some Snoozy Woosies.

Breen DK a beautifully soft yarn that has an incredible Fair Isle effect that appears as you knit. The stunning colour change in this yarn creates a mock Fair Isle to your work in a double knit count. This means that, even for a beginner, you can create stunning garments or home accessory featuring the traditional pattern. Scandi inspired these stunning shades are perfect for adults, kids and homewares.

New Patterns

Its Tank Top season and we are here for it! I've been wearing my Sugar Spun tank in shade Cotton Slub. Check our some of our favourite patterns in New Breen DK in shade Polar Night, Sugar Spun in shade Cotton Candy, Pure Wool Superwash DK in shades Gold & Bluebell and Woolly Aran in shade Pixie Hollow.

Baby knits and crochets are always a lovely project at this time of year thinking about new beginnings and rejuvenation. We have some lovely new baby and children's patterns in Baby Pato Prints, Breen DK & 100% Cotton.

We are supporting #LoveYourYarnShop which is a fantastic event UK Hand Knitting Association are running from 29th March - 31st May to promote local yarn shops. There are over 400 yarn shops nationwide taking part in this fabulous campaign.

It's really simple to take part. Pick up a card in one of the partaking shops and you get a box completed each time you visit. When you have filled up your boxes, leave the card with the shop and you will entered into a prize draw to win.
